When will my order arrive?
All orders will be shipped within 5-7 business days. We use USPS Priority Mail for all our shipping. Within the US, expect to receive your item 3 days after shipping.
Which mail carriers do you use?
We currently ship via USPS Priority Mail Only.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We are looking into international shipping options, but currently only ship within the US.
Can I return an item?
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
What do I do if my items are damaged?
We take precaution when packaging our products, but understand that damages can occur during shipment. If products arrive to you damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package. Please email us a photo of the damaged product so that we can contact our carrier.
Knotwork LA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please call USPS to resolve the matter.
Is your checkout system secure?
Yes. The checkout process for Knotwork LA happens entirely on Paypal , a secure payment processor. Please refer to the Paypal website for up-to-date information on their security policies and procedures.
Will you share my personal information?
Knotwork LA is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect on the site to make shopping at Knotwork LA as simple as possible and to improve the overall shopping experience on the site. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to anyone. Period.
I don’t see the item I want. When will it be available?
We are a small studio and most of the work is made to order. That said there are often extra pieces from orders and we will list those as they are available to our web-shop. To find out what's happening in the studio please join our mailing list and follow us on Instagram!

How do I care for my new ceramics?
Our products are dishwasher and microwave safe, but we recommend handwashing.
